The Cycle Automation Planner is the main planning and control tool for the Hyperautomation Journey.
Critical success factors
On the strategic basis or decision critical success factors are defined and/or adapted to the new market situation and thus represent the target values for the automated business operating model with its business processes
Hyper Automation
It is thus transparently defined what contribution to the result is to be made by each digital area and thus represents the concrete starting point for hyperautomation. The Automation Planner thus operationalizes the business requirements for the digital objects
Automation Technology
According to the "Technology follows Business" rule, the automation technology to be used is - not yet - part of the planning and is the subject of the "Automation Executer" cycle to be used.
